Welcome to Heuro. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the products and services of Heuro Inc which means and includes the group companies of Heuro Inc (“Heuro”, “Heuro Health”, Heuro Medical PC of PA, “we” or “us”), including Heuro’s website (the “Site”), the Heuro Mobile App (“Heuro App”), and the images and content provided on the Site or Heuro App (collectively, the “Services”).

By using the Services, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood and expressly agree to be legally bound and comply by these Terms. IF YOU DO NOT OR CANNOT AGREE WITH ANY PART OF THESE TERMS OF USE, YOU MAY NOT USE THE SERVICES.

Please read these Terms of Use carefully as this may impact your legal rights in case of dispute between us and the disputes shall be settled through mandatory binding arbitration precluding you from leading or participating in class action and waiving your rights to a trial by jury.

Overview, Availability and Eligibility
  • Overview of the services

    The Services may include (i) providing individuals with information on health care and wellness; (ii) providing individuals with pharmacy and laboratory services; (iii) providing individuals with access to technology-oriented tools and content for addressing certain health issues; (iv) development and gathering of health care records and health care information with retention of the same for use in health care provider appointments, communications, and pharmacy services; (v) administrative support in connection with scheduling, payment for health care provider services, and payment for pharmacy services; and (vi) telecommunications support for using the Services as a means of direct access to a health care provider for communication, consultations, assessments, and treatment by such health care organizations and their providers.

  • Availability

    Heuro is based in the United States, and we provide certain services for use to the persons located in US. The Heuro App in particular is only available to individuals located in certain states. We make no representations or claims that our services are appropriate or legal for the persons located outside of the United States.

  • Eligibility

    Not Intended for Users Under Age 18

    The Services are not directed to or intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. By using the Services, you are attesting to the fact that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal rights and ability to agree to these Terms. Some Services may only be available to individuals over the age of 21, and in such circumstances, you will be notified of this requirement. Eligibility also includes the compatible devices, access to the Internet, and certain necessary software required to access or use the Services for which charges may apply. Eligibility and qualification for the program can also be determined by various assessments and fulfillment of criteria designed by us or by your employer/plan sponsors, etc. You are eligible for Services based in part on your representation that your use of Services is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and you have not previously been suspended or removed from the Service.

Medical Disclaimer

Our mission is to help our users engage more proactively in their own health and wellness. Heuro is here to help you understand your healthcare options, facilitate your use of the healthcare system, and support you as you make health and wellness decisions. You must never disregard, avoid or delay obtaining professional health care advice from your primary care physician or other qualified health provider(s) because of any data, information or results provided on, through or by the Services.

The Heuro App may display a personal Lifestyle View and a variety of health, wellness, and similar information (collectively the “User Content“). The User Content is generated, in part, by compiling health and wellness information we may obtain (i) directly from you through your use of the Services, (ii) from a third-party source such as a health care provider, pharmacy, lab, health plan, wearable fitness device, or other data source with your consent, or (iii) through a relationship between Heuro and your employer, health care provider, or other entity (i.e., a “Sponsored Program”). The User Content generated by Heuro is for informational purposes only.

The personal Lifestyle View displayed in the Heuro App is a motivational tool — not a comprehensive representation of your health. Your Lifestyle View will increase or decrease based on certain changes in your user information that are received by the Heuro App. Our proprietary Lifestyle View process is informed by certain well-established evidentiary factors that may be relevant to overall health and wellness. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Lifestyle View is not – and should not be treated as – a clinically valid measure of your true state of health. The User Content generated by the Heuro App is never intended to substitute for the expertise and judgment of a physician, pharmacist or other healthcare professional

Using our Services

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to bound by these Terms as posted and accessible through our App or website at the time of your access or use. You also agree to use the Services in accordance with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms and conditions that are referenced herein or that otherwise may apply to specific features of the Services.

Do not misuse our Services. For example, do not interfere with our Services or try to access them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide. You may use our Services only as permitted by law. We may suspend or stop providing our Services to you if you fail to comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.

Using our Services does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Services or the content you access. You may not use content from our Services unless you obtain permission from its owner or are otherwise permitted by law. These terms do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos used in our Services. Do not remove, obscure, or alter any legal notices displayed in or along with our Services.

Our Services display some content that is not from Heuro. This content is the sole responsibility of the entity that makes it available. We may review content to determine whether it is illegal or violates our policies, and we may remove or refuse to display content that we reasonably believe violates our policies or the law. This does not necessarily mean that we have reviewed all content that appears in the Services so please do not assume that we do.

In connection with your use of the Services, we may send you service announcements, administrative messages, and other information. You may opt out of some of those communications.

Your Heuro Account

You agree to provide your accurate, complete and correct information for Heuro Account and update the same as and when required. You are responsible for keeping your Heuro Account password secure and confidential and for any activity that happens on or through your Heuro Account. We recommend that you choose a unique Heuro Account password that you do not reuse for any other third-party application, exit your account at the end of each session, avoid sharing your password with anyone, avoid creating more than one account, avoid using anyone else’sSupport@heurohealth.com.

The Heuro App is intended for use only on mobile phones that run on an unmodified manufacturer approved operating system. You may compromise on the protection and security of your information if you use our App on a mobile phone with a modified operating system and this is to be treated as material breach of Heuro Terms of Use.

Privacy

Heuro’s Privacy Policy explains how we treat your personal data that we collect through the Site. Our Notice of Privacy Practices explains how we treat personal data collected through the Heuro App. By using our Services, you agree that Heuro can use such data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Your Content in our Services

When you upload, submit, store, or send content using a feature designed to be shared with others (user generated content) through our Services, it shall be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. You grant Heuro and those we work with a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free worldwide license, including without limitation, to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works (such as those resulting from translations, adaptations or other changes we make so that your content works better with our Services), communicate, publish, publicly perform, publicly display and distribute such content. The rights you grant in this license are not restricted for the limited purpose of operating, promoting, and improving our Services, and to develop new ones but can also be used for marketing our products and services using your information and content, conducting research and analyses of data, etc. without any compensation owed to you. Purposes of accessing, disclosing or retaining your content can also include complying with legal purposes, enforcing our policies and notices, protecting in case of violation of rights, property or personal safety of Heuro and affiliates, responding to violation of third party’s rights or requests of customers, fraud protection, and spam/malware prevention, and similar purposes. This license continues even if you stop using our Services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to grant us this license for any content that you submit to our Services. Heuro reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we believe that the information you submit infringes another’s rights or otherwise violates any law, rule or regulation.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, our Services may offer you ways to access and remove your own content. In addition, our Services may contain settings that narrow the scope of our use of certain content submitted.

Heuro does not assume responsibility, liability, claims, damages or losses resulting from the use of content or information found in public forums such as content or information is viewable and copyable by public at large.

If you submit feedback or suggestions about our Services, we may use your feedback or suggestions without obligation to you.

Intellectual Property

All of the information and content displayed and used through the Services – photographs, articles, text, guides, images, designs, video and audio clips, as well as Heuro’s trademarks, logos, domain names, and any and all copyrightable materials and any other material relating to the “look and feel” of the Services – is owned by or licensed to Heuro and is protected as intellectual property or otherwise. Subject to your strict compliance with these Terms of Use, Heuro grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non- commercial, revocable, non-assignable, and non-transferable license to access, download, view, use the content and information provided through the Services. You must retain all copyright, trademark, and other proprietary notices contained in the Services and you may not permit any improper or unauthorized third-party use or access to the Services.

UNAUTHORIZED USE, COPYING, REPRODUCING, STORING, MODIFYING, REPUBLISHING, UPLOADING, DOWNLOADING, POSTING, TRANSMITTING, DISTRIBUTING, DUPLICATING, REMOVING OR ALTERING, DISSSEMBLING, REVERSE ENGINEERING, SELLING OR PARTICIPATING IN THE SALE OF, EXPLOITING OR ANY OTHER MISUSE OF ANY OF THE CONTENT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

If you believe that any content on the Heuro Mobile App contains content that violate your rights or has been copied in a way that constitutes a copyright infringement, please let our legal department know immediately at the contact us at legal@heurohealth.com.

DMCA

Heuro reserves the right to remove any content or any other material or information available on or through our Services, at any time, for any reason. Heuro otherwise complies with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") applicable to Internet service providers (17 U.S.C. § 512, as amended), and responds to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement. This section describes the procedure that should be followed to file a notification of alleged copyright infringement with Heuro.

Notification of Claimed Copyright Infringement. If you have objections to copyrighted content or material made available on or through our Services, you may submit a notification to our Designated Agent at the following address

Any notification to Heuro under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c) alleging copyright infringement must include all of the following information:

  • An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right being infringed

  • An identification of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such work

  • An identification of the content or material that you claim is infringing and where it is located on our Services

  • Information sufficient for Heuro to contact you, such as your address, telephone number, and/or email address

  • A statement by you that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the content or material of which you are complaining is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law

  • A signed statement by you that the above information in your notice is accurate and that, under penalty of perjury, you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf

Restrictions on use

You are prohibited from the following while using or accessing the Services:

  • Impersonate any person or entity or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;

  • Violate any local, state, national, international law (including export laws) or any regulation, policy, or procedure of any network, equipment or server;

  • Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or translate any software or other components of the Services or damage, destroy, impede or interfere with in any way Services, data, or User Content, in whole or in part or violate the security or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or network or exceed the scope of use granted to you;

  • Transmit, run or propagate any virus, application, Trojan horse, or any other harmful computer code that could damage or alter a computer, portable device, computer network, communication network, data or the services, or any other system, device or property;

  • Use any robot, spider, scraper, or any other automated means to access the Services for any purpose without our express prior written permission or bypass our robot exclusion headers or other measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Services;

  • License, sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, distribute or otherwise commercially exploit or make available to any third party the Services, Service content or user content other than as expressly permitted herein;

  • Post, transmit or otherwise disseminate any content that is in any way unlawful, harmful, harassing, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, hateful, violent, demeaning, intimating, discriminating, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable, derogatory, to anyone or which is "junk mail", "chain letter" or "spam" or any other similar solicitation or that incite violence or other unlawful activity or attempts to obtain the personal information of other users, make any unsolicited offer or advertisement to another user of the Service.

Restrictions on use

The Terms of Use will remain in full force and effect as long as you continue to access or use the Services. We strive to continually improve our Services. We may add or remove functionalities or features at any time and we may suspend or stop a Service altogether.

You have the right to stop using our Services at any time. Similarly, Heuro may also stop providing Services to you or add or create new limits to our Services at any time. After termination of services, Heuro will have no further obligation to provide you the services except in case of any legal or professional obligations towards you. If you use or attempt to use the services even after termination, you will indemnify and hold Heuro harmless from any and all liability that Heuro may incur therefore.

The following provisions survive the expiration or termination of Heuro Terms of Use for any reason whatsoever: Warranties and Disclaimers; Liability for our Services; Indemnification; Resolving disputes; Governing Law; Severability; No Waiver; and Assignment.

Our Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide our Services using a commercially reasonable level of skill and care and we hope that you will enjoy using them. Notwithstanding the foregoing, there are certain things that we don’t promise about our Services.

OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY SET OUT IN THESE TERMS OR ADDITIONAL TERMS, NEITHER HEURO NOR ITS SUPPLIERS OR DISTRIBUTORS MAKE ANY SPECIFIC PROMISES ABOUT THE SERVICES. FOR EXAMPLE, WE DON’T MAKE ANY COMMITMENTS ABOUT THE CONTENT WITHIN THE SERVICES, THE SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS OF THE SERVICES, OR THEIR RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, OPERABILITY, CONDITION, QUIET ENJOYMENT, VALUE, ACCURACY OF DATA, FREEDOM FROM VIRUSES OR MALWARE, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, SEQUENCING OR SPEED OF DELIVERY OR SYSTEM INTEGRATION OR ABILITY TO MEET YOUR NEEDS. WE PROVIDE THE SERVICES “AS IS”.

WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL NOT INFRINGE THE RIGHTS OF THIRD PARTIES, WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE FROM ERROR, DEFECT, LOSS, DELAY IN OPERATION, CORRUPTION, CYBER ATTACK, VIRUSES, INTERFERENCE, HACKING, MALWARE, OR OTHER SECURITY INTRUSION, AND WE DISCLAIMS ANY LIABILITY RELATING THERETO.

YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT ANY CONTENT, MATERIAL AND/OR INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE USE OF THE SERVICES ARE USED AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND THAT YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER OR MOBILE PHONE OR LOSS OF DATA THAT RESULTS FROM THE DOWNLOAD OF SUCH CONTENT, MATERIAL AND/OR INFORMATION, OR YOUR RELIANCE ON ANY SUCH CONTENT, MATERIAL, AND/OR INFORMATION.

NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED FROM US OR THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY MADE HEREIN.

SOME JURISDICTIONS PROVIDE FOR CERTAIN WARRANTIES, LIKE THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE EXCLUDE ALL WARRANTIES.

Liability for our Services

WHEN PERMITTED BY LAW, HEURO AND HEURO’S SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CLAIMS, LIABILITIES, LOSSES, COSTS OR DAMAGES UNDER ANY LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY, WHETHER IN TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE AND STRICT LIABILITY), CONTRACT, WARRANTY, STATUTE OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA, FINANCIAL LOSSES, GOODWILL, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, COMPUTER OR MOBILE PHONE DAMAGE, OR SYSTEM FAILURE, OR THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES, OR FOR ANY DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL OR BODILY INJURY OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, INCLUDING DEATH, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY ACCESS, USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICES OR ANY SERVICES CONTENT, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. THIS IS TRUE EVEN IF HEURO OR RELATED PERSONS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES OR LOSSES.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF HEURO, AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS, INCLUDING FOR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US TO USE THE SERVICES (OR, IF WE CHOOSE, TO SUPPLYING YOU THE SERVICES AGAIN).

IN ALL CASES, HEURO, AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT IS NOT REASONABLY FORESEEABLE.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Heuro, its affiliates, its affiliated health care professionals, its subsidiaries, and all of their directors, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, suppliers, representatives, proprietors, partners, shareholders, principals, agents, predecessors, successors, assigns, accountants, and attorneys harmless from and against any and all third-party suits, actions, claims, proceedings, damages, settlements, judgments, injuries, liabilities, obligations, losses, risks, costs, and expenses (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees, litigation expenses, and accounting fees), relating to or arising from, or alleged to arise from, (i) your use of the Services, or your use of the materials or features available on the Services, in an unauthorized manner, (ii) your fraud, violation of law, negligence, or willful misconduct, or (iii) any breach by you of these Terms of Use.

About these Terms

We may modify or amend these terms or any additional terms that apply to a Service to, for example, reflect changes to the law or changes to our Services. You should review these terms regularly. If we change these Terms of Use, we will post changes on this page and, if the changes are material, we will provide a more prominent notice by sending you an email and/or posting a notice within the Terms of Use. If you do not agree to the modified Terms of Service, you should discontinue your use of our Services.

These terms control the relationship between Heuro and you. They do not create any third-party beneficiary rights.

If you do not comply with these terms, and we don’t take action right away, this doesn’t mean that we are giving up any rights that we may have (such as taking action in the future).

If it turns out that a particular term is not enforceable, this will not affect any other terms.

Resolving Disputes

By using the Services, you agree that these Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, excluding its conflicts of law rules, and the United States of America. Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms of Use shall be finally settled by binding arbitration in New York County, New York, using the English language in accordance with the Arbitration Rules and Procedures of Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, Inc. (“JAMS”) then in effect, by one arbitrator, who shall be selected from the appropriate list of JAMS arbitrators in accordance with the Comprehensive Arbitration Rules and Procedures of JAMS. The prevailing party in the arbitration will be entitled to receive reimbursement of its reasonable expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees, expert witness fees and all other expenses) incurred in connection therewith. Judgment upon the award so rendered may be entered in a court having jurisdiction or an application may be made to such court for judicial acceptance of any award and an order of enforcement, as the case may be

YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS AND ARBITRATION AGREEMENT, YOU ARE WAIVING THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

YOU ALSO AGREE AND ACKNOWLEDGE TO WAIVE THE RIGHT TO ENTER INTO A CLASS ACTION ARBITRATION TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND THE ARBITRATION SHALL BE BROUGHT AGAINST HEURO IN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY UNLESS HEURO AGREES IN WRITING FOR CONSOLIDATED OR CLASS ACTION.

CONSENT TO TELEHEALTH CARE

Our Services may include access to services performed by health care professionals using telehealth as a treatment modality. Such services may be provided directly by Heuro or through affiliated or third-party professional entities. The terms “telemedicine,” “telehealth,” and “distance care” refer to a form of health care services that relies on telecommunications technology, such as an interactive audio-video interface, use of output data from medical devices, sound, and video files that allows a patient or provider in one location to see, speak with, share information with, and consult with a provider in another distant location. During your telehealth consultation, details of your medical history and personal health information may be discussed with you or other health professionals through the use of interactive audio, video, or other telecommunications technology. Additionally, a physical examination of you, as well as other treatment steps, may take place, and audio, video, and/or photo recordings may be taken and used during the course of such treatment and/or subsequent treatment.

You agree and consent to be responsible to monitor and read the communications received from our associated heath care professionals and affiliated physicians and will not hold us or any of our associated heath care professionals or affiliated physicians liable for any loss, injury, or claim of any kind resulting from your failure to read these communications or for your failure to comply with any treatment recommendations contained in these communications.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to us transmitting health and other information to you electronically and that any information sent to or signed by you or us electronically shall be deemed equivalent to as if such information was provided or signed in writing.

Electronic systems used during your telehealth encounter will incorporate network and software security protocols to protect the privacy and security of your health information and imaging data and will include measures to safeguard your data to ensure its integrity against intentional or unintentional corruption.

Third-Party Links and Features on the Services

The Services may include certain third-party services and hyperlinks, plug- ins, products, or features operated by third parties or we make available data, information or content from external sources for convenience and for general informational purposes and that does not imply our association or endorsement with such third parties. The existence of any such Third party links and Third party contents shall not constitute an endorsement, representation or warranty by Heuro of such websites, the contents of the websites, the products or services of the websites or the operators of the websites as such sites are beyond control of Heuro and we are not responsible for any errors, damage or loss caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on information contained in or provided by third-party services.

Any use of or access to Third party links by you shall be governed by the terms and conditions applicable to the use of such third-party websites in addition to these Terms of Use.

Our App uses third party services of ‘Movr’ and relies on ‘Movr’ platform for providing content to the users. Thus, any use of content by the users on our app shall be required to read, understand and comply with the terms and conditions, privacy policy and disclaimers applicable to the use of such third- party services of ‘Movr’ in addition to these Terms of Use.   • Governing Law

    If you opt out of arbitration pursuant to the terms above, then the following jurisdiction and venue provision shall apply: The Terms of Use, legal action or proceedings relating to this website and other terms and conditions of this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to its principles of conflict of laws. Exclusive jurisdiction for all disputes that do not require arbitration will be the state and federal courts located in New York, New York, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

  • Severability

    If any terms or any provision or condition of Heuro Terms of Use is found to be unlawful, illegal, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that term or provision or condition shall be deemed severable from Heuro Terms of Use and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms or provision or condition and that the remainder of Heuro Terms of Use will be given full force and effect.

  • No waiver

    Waiver by Heuro of any right under or term of use or other and conditions shall not be deemed as a waiver of any other right, term of use or other terms and conditions at that time or a waiver of that or any other right, term of use or other terms and conditions at any other time.

  • Assignment

    You may not assign any of your rights under these Terms of Use, and any such attempt will be null and void. Heuro and its affiliates may, in their individual discretion, transfer, without further consent or notification, all contractual rights and obligations pursuant to these Terms of Use if some or all of the business of Heuro is transferred to another entity by way of merger, sale of its assets, or otherwise.

  • Notice for California Users

    If you are a California resident, you hereby waive California Civil Code §1542, which says: "A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor." This release includes the criminal acts of others.

  • Headings

    The heading references herein are for convenience purposes only and shall not be deemed to limit or affect any of the provisions hereof.

  • Entire Agreement

    This is the entire agreement between you and Heuro relating to the subject matter herein and supersedes all previous communications, representations, understandings and agreements, either oral or written, between the parties with respect to said subject matter, excluding any other agreements that you may have entered into with Heuro.

  • Force Majeure

    No failure or omission by us in the performance of any obligation shall be deemed to be breach or create any liability if the same is due to the act/s of God, or outside the reasonable control of Heuro. i.e. storm, flood or earthquake or acts of the public enemy or terrorism, war, rebellion, insurrection, riot, sabotage, pandemic, quarantine or embargoes

  • Limitation of Time to File Claims

    The claims, action or dispute can be brought against us in arbitration with regards to the terms contained in Heuro Terms of Use within one year and shall be permanently debarred thereafter.
